Where is my Steam save?
- Close Persona 3 Reload.
- Press Win + R, paste
%APPDATA%\SEGA\P3R\Steam, and press Enter. - Open the numbered folder and copy the
SaveDataNNN.savfile you want to edit somewhere safe.
Back up first. Any save modification can cause lost
progress, crashes, or an unusable save.

Protagonist + up to 3 alliesChoose the allies saved in your active combat formation. Empty selections are moved to the end automatically.
HP/SP changes edit current values, not calculated maximums. Party Persona skill editing is experimental; unusual or character-incompatible skills may behave incorrectly, and later level-ups may replace them.

Personas
Replacing a slot resets it to that Persona’s verified base level, stats, and starting skills. A missing Compendium registration is added automatically to prevent Persona-menu crashes. Entries marked DLC should only be used when that content is owned.
Velvet Room registrations
Compendium
Unlocking a Persona registers its verified base form. Locking removes its saved registration and may affect Compendium completion, summon discounts, and Theurgy availability. Carried Personas must remain unlocked. DLC entries should only be used when that content is owned.
